Stronger by Design offers specialised strength and conditioning for all athletes (from all sporting codes and levels) looking to increase their performance and decrease the likelihood of injury. We offer an athlete program which is individualised approach to strength and conditioning in an open gym environment.

GOLD STANDARD ATHLETIC TESTING

Within the athlete program we include gold standard testing using the Axit force plate system to measure strength, power and other athletic qualities, along with state-of-the-art laser timing gates for sprinting tests. From here, using the data collected we assess the strengths and weaknesses for the individual which will dictate the direct of the tailored program.

OUR ADVANCED PROGRAMMING APP

The Athlete program is run via the TrainHeroic app which delivers the program to each athlete. The app allows athletes to be guided through their session, recording data and providing detailed instructions of how the session should look and feel. This also covers field-based sessions to over both strength AND conditioning for a well-rounded athlete.
Athletes within the program will have access to high level coaching in every session where valuable conversations occur between coach and athlete about weekend performances, issues or concerns with their physical/mental preparation and allow for instant adjustments depending on how the athlete scores on their readiness score prior to training.
